All breeds are catered for at Hair and Hound and we appreciate that every dog is different. To this end, we offer a personalised service for all of our customers. Puppy Introduction
Most puppies should start their grooming journey after their second set of vaccinations. We offer short sessions that are designed to introduce them to the grooming environment, the noises, the smells and the tools used to help build their confidence prior to their first full groom.

Full Groom
The ultimate pamper experience for your pup includes; health check, brush out, ear clean, nail and pad trim, hygiene trim, deep clean and condition, massage, hand dry, clip to desired style and cologne spritz.

Bath and Brush
Perfect for short haired breeds. Includes; Health check, brush out, ear clean, nail and pad trim, bath, hand dry, de-shed and a Cologne spritz.

Handstrip
This is the process of removing your dog's dead hair by hand and takes longer than clipping. The process of pulling the hair opens the pores and bathing afterwards can irritate the skin so if you prefer a bath can be booked in a few days later.
Handstrip includes health check, ear clean, nail trim, handstrip, bath, massage, hand dry and a spritz of skin calm.
Dogs that require handstripping include Boarder Terrier or Schnauzer - From £45
The Greyhound Groom
Specifically for the 40mph couch potatoes and in honour of Mary. The Greyhound Groom is a bath and brush for hound breeds - £20

Extras - In addition to other services
Day Care -Drop your dog off first thing in the morning, they will spend the day playing in the garden or snoozing with Mary. When you come to collect your dog in the evening, they will be groomed and ready to go home. In addition to the grooming cost - £10
De-matting Additional Time - If your dog is extremely matted and requires further work, an additional £10 per half an hour will be charged.
Nail / Face Trim - For between groom when your pooch needs a little tidy up - £5
